The main failure for the MK1 TT is the large central display, we replace this with a high-quality display.

Incorrect readings on fuel and Temp gauges

Backlight failures on the temp and fuel needles, RPM and speed needles and the main backlighting.

The TT cluster is the worse cluster in the Audi / VW group for poor joints (Dry joints).  A lot of the issues with the TT cluster is caused by these, we at P.B.H Services were the first company to resolder 100+ joints with any repair at no additional cost, of course others have since copied us, but we are still the cheapest repair service.

We also strip the glass from the front of the cluster, ultra sonic clean it and reassemble it.
